Albania permitted crossing the state borders by land, air and sea since 1st July for business, tourist or other types of travel. Crew members can also be changed without delay.
Denmark is actively negotiating with local police and immigration authorities concerning the question of allowing the issue of emergency visas.
The Civil Aviation Ministry of Egypt announced that international flights to/from Egyptian airports can resume from 1st July. According to this, crew changes can resume from the same date. On signing seamen can be required to have taken a PCR test before leaving their homeland and show the same test at an arrival airport. Off-signing crew members must be medically examined prior to departure. Flight tickets must also be sent to the agent no later than 48 hours prior to leaving the country.
Japan planned to open the Tokyo International Cruise Terminal by 14th July, but now this idea has been postponed until September, because of the large number of coronavirus patients. The terminal is going to be opened, when their number is reduced.
